Kendall Ficklin and Vans Nelson founded FOCUS ON YOUR FUTURE in 2014 to help youth and young adults reach their fullest potential and shape them into the leaders of tomorrow.

Through our Life Skills, Mentoring, and Coaching programs, we expect participants to increase their knowledge, influence, and attitudes about school, work, life, family, and habits in general.

Today's youth have so much to offer to the world. We believe the power they hold will mold future leaders for generations to come.​
